Living Life and Creating New Flavors

There is so much going on today, isn't there? Sometimes, life doesn't feel real. We have to hold on to those real moments and keep doing the things that bring us joy. I have been playing around with a few new cookie ideas.... like a nougat cookie, an ice cream cookie (not sure how this would ship?), a chocolate zucchini cookie,... and some version of a low glycemic carrot cake.

I created toffee using sunflower lecithin, raw cacao, with a little bit of salt...the taste was nice, except that the cookies melted very flat as the toffee melted in the dough! Before these flavors can get finalized, there are always many tests and baking trials.

It is nice to capture those moments, of being in the process... and just being at home.
